Q: Would there be actual chairs at an AC/DC concert today?
I know you buy seats, but is it even worth paying two-hundred dollars a ticket - could I just fight my way to the front?

A: No, every AC/DC show (in North America at least) has assigned seating to them. They're mostly playing arenas though, so there's not really a bad seat in the house.

Q: Help! My ears are ringing a month after an AC/DC concert!?
My Ears are still ringing a month after an AC/DC concert. I'm going to make an a apoitment with a doctor soon. Can anyone tell me how much hearing I lost? (if any) and if the ringing will ever go away. Thanks!

A: I went to my doctor who referred me to the specialist at the hospital. She gave me some nasal spray because she thought it was that (it wasn't). I went to a concert in June of 2008, and I still have ringing in my ears (so for 6 months). The specialist said it SHOULD be gone by 6 months, and that it still has a chance to go away if you eat healthy foods and keep your ears away from loud sounds. It's different for everyone. Some people can go to 10 concerts and still have no ringing, when another person can go to 1 concert and have permanent damage. Keep waiting, and keep your ears away from loud sounds and it could hopefully fade. A doctors checkup is probably good because you might just have some allergies or something similar that is preventing the ringing from fading/going away.

Q: Going to AC/DC Concert tonight, anything I should bring?
Its starts tonight at 7:00. I'm going with 5 of my friends. I'm planning on smoking, going into Boston to find a restaurant, then heading in after the opening band plays. This is my first concert so I don't really know. Thanks I know its past midnight, It starts 7pm Sunday night. Weird time I know lol

A: I saw them in Toronto on Friday, and everyone there (including me) had a camera, so you can probably manage to get one in. Money for a t shirt would be a good bet too, they were 40$ Canadian. I'd suggest cash and not debit, you'll get served faster. For the Toronto show, the opening band The Answer didn't show due to 'transportation problems.' Meant that we had to wait and extra half hour, but we got right into AC/DC! Make sure not to bring anything you are worried about losing, if you bring a sweater you can stash it under your chair, but keep an eye on it. Have tons of fun, they were amazing in Toronto!

A: Do you mean, you want to find power supply for your camera, at a concert where 400,000 are watching the show? Usually you can ask from stage electrician. Bring a long extention cable with at least 4 gang switched socket outlets. Maybe you want to use lighting and tv monitor.

i have a red plaid mini pleated skirt with white leggings to wear and boots but should i wear jeans? i dont have a band tee!!! i have these really skinny jeans with my five bazilion belts

A: lol there isnt a dress code for gigs, i'd just go in what i normally wear which is jeans and a shirt of some sort.

does anyone know if ac/dc will only play songs from their new album or will they play old classic songs such as back in black and thunderstruck also also will there be an opening act by another band?

A: Haven't heard about the set list yet, but normally you can expect 3-5 new songs and the rest will be classics. There's no way they are going on the road without playing Thunderstruck, Back In Black, Highway To hell, etc. Advise...if you can, see the show early in the tour or after a break.Brian blows out his voice quickly and you may just hear screaming the whole night. I've seen him on a one-off and it was amazing. I've seen him mid-tour and it sucked.

A: I've seen them quite a few times, but THAT would be a memorable concert. I'm trying (in my head) to hear Dirty Deeds with a tuba accompaniment, and I'm laughing out loud.

Is it really as loud as people say, and if it is how long will my ears ring for, Also if possible can you suggest some good earplugs that don't muffle the sound.

A: Don't get earplugs One concert isn't going to wreck your hearing. If you get earplugs you won't be able to hear the concert. And whats the point of going?
