A: If you're such a big fan, you should know that they are taking a long break. There will be a "greatest hits" package coming out soon.

I was watching SNL last weekend because Jon Bon Jovi was hosting and I saw the Foo Fighters performance. I liked their song "The Pretneder." I'm considering buying the whole album. Any thoughts?
A: Well I'm an avid Foo Fighters fan who owns every album. I think they're all good, but this one might be one of the weaker ones. Every song was pretty good, but there were too many slow songs. I feel like Dave Grohl is getting too serious lately, their music used to be more fun. It's still good though, you'll probably like it.

A: I like them all, they were cool on the SNL rerun last night (w/ Bon Jovi).

A: The Cross has always been an artistic icon, I wouldn't read too much into it.
If they called themselves Christians, would you still listen to them?

A: Not 100% sure, album just came out! But their latest single from it is pretty killer. :-) Currently #1 on the modern rock tracks list in the U.S.

A: Unfortunately I don't think this is their best album. I love the Foo, but this is not their best effort. Too soft IMHO. I'm waiting for Dave to make that Hard Core Album he promised. I still bought the Album and would suggest you get it as well if you are Foo fan. Anyway, to answer your question, The Pretender is a top 10 track from the band all-time, however, I also like "Let it Die" and "Once and for All". Both very solid. The Foo Fighters are still a great band and Dave Grohl will always have my respect. I'm just hoping they get back to the hard rock that you can blast in your car or while you work. My first job we rocked out the "This is a Call" and I'll never forget that summer.

A: Probably not...I like their radio songs, but not enough to go out and buy an album...I like the song The Pretender though. If you buy the album, tell me how it is!
