A: Well, Buckcherry is kinda close. Velvet Revolver is still the same breed of GNR, but not quite what we need. Rock and Roll truly needs a new GNR to help break us off of this pop garbage called "rock." We need a band to help get true Rock the respect it deserves in the mainstream. However, we don't need a carbon copy of GNR. We need something new, fresh and revolutionary. This is why I listen to satalite radio. Granted, it's not new stuff, but it's better than the alternative. There are almost no heavy metal and hard rock radio stations that play real metal and real hard rock.

Q: Guns N Roses-Better Two different Versions?
Am I crazy or are there two different versions? When I went onto GNR's myspace and clicked it I got a different version with slightly different lyrics than when I looked it up on youtube. Whenever I look it up anywhere but myspace I get the youtube version. What's going on? I don't know if it's still like that on myspace or not, cause I can't get onto it right now. Has anyone else noticed two different versions?

A: The version on Myspace is the official release version, all the others are illegal leaks, that's why they're different. If you buy the album, you're gonna hear the same version as you will on myspace.

Axl Rose said in an interview that the best lyrics he may have ever written were the ending segment in 'Coma' from Use Your Illusions I. He tried to write the lyrics for this song for over a year, he couldn't until one day he passed out in the studio for two hours. When he awoke he started writing and the lyrics were the ending bit for Coma. He says it's the best he's possibly ever written. Do you agree with him? A: Wow I had never heard that story about him waking up and writing, etc. That's crazy. Coma is lyrically great, but I've personally never really liked the song overall so I'm going to disagree. I've always considered Estranged to be their best, and one of the best songs by ANY band. That song is amazing, both lyrically and musically. I love how it has the different parts, almost like a few songs that flow together perfectly. It's hard to make a 10 minute song that doesn't get repetitive or boring, but Estranged does it. It's just epic.

Don't Cry (Original lyrics) or Don't Cry (Alternate lyrics? I prefer the alternate version. I have no idea why they thought the other was better. They were recoreded and the double albums were released at the same time. If they slapped an original label on the other, would the "original" still be better? Original is not always better.
