Q: in laws upset over christmas gift to family?
well my lil niece (bless her heart) jsut got my christmas gift after bein out of town.. anyways....she supposedly wanted some kind of chocolate roses or somthin...but i guess i didnt hear right on the phoen..because i got her tickets to seee GUNS N ROSEs.... any ways they all pisse...but t i thought id go with her she could sit on my shoulders or sumthin... my gf is mad too

A: Take the tickets back and buy her a new gift. Take your gf to the concert...maybe that's why she is mad.

A: That's a pretty nice list you got there. Although... I was hoping they would put some Hendrix on the next one. All Along the Watchtower or Voodoo Child would be sick. Runnin Wild by Airbourne is also pretty good, very similar to ACDC.

Q: My first concert! What to wear (details inside)?
So I just bought tickets to a Michael Buble concert at Cox Arena in San Diego and I'm SUPER excited. The problem is that this is my first concert ever (yeah, I'm 21 so it's long overdue x__x), so I have no idea what to wear. I know no one will be looking at me, but I want to make sure I dress accordingly so no one DOES look at me for wearing jeans and a tee shirt to a more classy event. Michael Buble is a jazz/pop singer and entertaininer. He likes to wear suits while performing so I'm guessing this is not your typical Guns 'n' Roses mosh-pit type of event. It is, however, in a sports arena at San Diego State University, so maybe I can get away with something more casual. Suggestions?

A: I would recommend a nice pair of black slacks (not jeans), a nice button down blouse, and matching flats. You will probably do too much walking to wear heels. You don't want to be too dressy, but also you don't want to look like you are just visiting an old friend.

Q: G & R cancelled a show why???
Because they couldn't drink on stage and they said it would affect the performance, so they cancelled it.. Um, if you have to be trashed to give your fans a "so-called" standard performance, don't ya think you should give it up? I loved G & R back in the day, but now Axl is just a washed up has been. If I had a ticket to the show, I don't know what I would be more mad about--the cancellation or the fact that they have to be smashed to perform. Nice, guys. A: G&R is still a sweet F'ing band. period. I read axl's comments about the whole ordeal and it seemed like he was genuinely sorry to the fans. the show had been on the schedule for years it said, but two fire marshals were just being dicks. I don't blame em.

Q: How to survive a Slipknot concert at 14 years old?
K, Today I bought a ticket to A Machine Head and Slipknot gig. I have general admission, so i'm going to go early and line up so I can get in the pit. The most major concert i've been to was a guns n roses one, and I was front row. I need tips on how not to die in the pit. Lol Btw, I will be 15 when the concert comes and i'm 90 kgs. I'm also around 170cm tall. I have my septum lip and tongue pierced and ears stretched to 14mm. I'm guessing i shouldnt keep them in for it?

A: Mind your p & q s and be aware. Don't start stuff. Go in front of the pit , but put a few people behind you if you don't want to have to turn around and deal with the pit (or get elbows in your back). You can put the pit in front of you and deal with the people and still get to watch the show...I usually do that for some bads. But no way for Machine Head & Slipknot...get up in front of the pit and enjoy the show. If you aren't feeling comfortable, just move back some. You will be fine. People at shows look out for each other. I saw them both in July (Mayhem Fest I'm guessing ....) and it was awesome. They are one of my favorite bands to see. And they are my favorite overall band for metal. If you really want to go in the pit, check it out a little before you go. There's always a couple that are drunk and dumb. And there's always at least 1 that is just and a**. They usually don't pick on kids (cause they'd get their head caved in), but just steer clear of them. I've only had 2 personal incidents and 2 that I witnessed in all of the hundreds and hundreds of shows I've seen. I also don't go in the pit, I'm in front of it or have it right in front of me; I find it energizing. But I'm 43 and just don't really feel the need to go in there :-) Size doesn't really matter , I'm less than 60 kg. You'll be fine. Have fun. Wear sunscreen.

Q: marijuana vs med marijuana?
now i have faith that marijuana will be legal by 2020 i know its a high number to throw out their but it was like the wait for the new guns n roses cd no one saw it coming soon lol. But any way right now med marijuana is legal in some states but when marijuana is fully legal would it be like an over the counter drug or would it be like going to my 7 11 and buying a pack of cigs and then what would that mean for medical use if u can buy it like a pack of cigs. like would they grow stronger strands like white widow and northen lights for medical use god i hope not lol who wants to get the mersh lol. Also some one once told me that its basicly legal in calli its like geting a speeding ticket or just a warning how true is this.

A: It's decriminalized in California, so you can't get jail time unless you're caught dealing it. If you just have some on you, the worst that'll happen is you'll get fined. But even then, that's rare. But then again I've never run into any cops with pot. But my friends have. All the cops did was take it away. That's it. No fine, no arrest, no nothing. Pretty cool. But seriously, the cops should have more important stuff to do then bust kids with a harmless drug. (Harmless because it's way less bad for you then alcohol or tobacco)

Q: If Guns N Roses got back together with Axl, Slash, Duff, Matt, ect...would buy tickets to see them on tour?
I ask this because I went to a Velvet Revolver concert last night and I noticed that the crowd (which included LOTS of ppl under 30) went apeshitz when they played Ol' Guns N Roses songs and even the kids knew all the lyrics...The GNR songs got more response then the VR songs

A: Would i buy tickets? haha. I would kill for those tickets if i had to... [okay maybe not kill, but...cause serious injuries..ha.] I'm only 16 so i never got to watch them live while they were still together in their near-perfect form. GN'R is my favourite band [see yahoo! name <<], and it's such a shame that they're not together, it actually gets me down sometimes. So if they /did/ get back together... well let's say i'd be crawling on broken glass on my hands and knees alongside stecutter2007. =] RQ.
