Q: Bass or Guitar for rock music?
I want to learn to play the bass g or the guitar- I like bands like Tokio Hotel, Metallica, Escape the Fate, MCR, Tokyo Police Club, and Fall Out Boy- but I don't know which instrument to go with. I'm 13 and have nearly no experience at all, but love music. I want to be able to be able to either play solo or in a band and still have a good sound that can be accompanied by my singing. I'd like to start with something relatively easy-- so are there any difficulty differences between the two? I love the guitar's sound and the bass sound, so please help. Which would be better for a novice 13-yr-old girl and why? Thanks <3

A: i love tokio hotel~~~ i'd go for guitar, just because

Q: Who would you be in the WWE?
Please fill out the application below to tell others how you would be in the WWE. Name : Height : Weight : Gimmick: Attire : Show : Theme Song : Finisher : Other Moves : Choose your tag team partner : Tag Team name : Favorite type of match : What title you would go after : Who you would feud with : Here’s mine: Name: Tyler Durden (yes from the movie, fight club!) Gimmick: Masochist (meaning I would take pleasure in pain thus, no submission finisher can make me tap out. I’d just be laughing in between groans while lock in submission. I could get knock out though by some pretty nasty finisher but not instantaneously as I am toughen up by street fights Height: 6 ft 3 in Weight:240 lb Attire: worn-out gray jeans and big scars and stitches in my body (face even if necessary) Show: either RAW or SmackDown,i'm fine with both! LOL Theme Song: Dissapear by Metallica Finisher: “The Suffering” (Combination of Batista Bomb and Wall of Jericho) (When powerbombed an opponent on the mat, I do not release his legs, I instead continue the move into a Wall of Jericho implying to cause total pain as the back of the opponent is already smashed and then it is even sent to submission.) Other moves: All types of high risk maneuver as my gimmick suggest that I Am not afraid of pain. Moonsaults. Spear. Diving Elbow drop. Swanton Bomb. Green Bay Plunge. Frog Splash. And lots of HEAD BUTTS Tag-Team Partner: possibly,The Hardys,Benoit, Tag-Team Name: Triple Extreme or XXX-treme Favorite Type of match: TLC matches obviously What title i'll go after: ECW World Championship then the WWE Championship Who i'll feud with: As part of my gimmick, during my debut and next first matches I wont fight back against my opponents. I Would just be enjoying the pain of punches and attacks. It would be very difficult to knock me out and impossible to make me tap out. I would be bloodied always in every fight but it would frustrate opponents because I’m not fighting back, not tapping out and not getting knock-out. Soon enough opponents walk out of the ring because beating me up bloody just becomes so sick for them or they just get too frustrated. Then Chris Benoit will come out and fued with me in several matches, one where he walks out, one where I walk out laughing and one where in I release for the first time, my finisher, making him tap-out Then I would go out feuding with mick foley. Our storyline would basically be: the man who can so much pain vs the man who can dish out so much pain. That would be great. Then I’d fued with edge under the same premise as foley’s and win the wwe title. Thanks for the corrections Legend Killer PAC, yeah that would be "Then I would go out feuding with mick foley. Our storyline would basically be: the man who can TAKE so much pain vs the man who can dish out so much pain. " By the way, your finisher, the Revolution, is way cool and would have taken a lot of imagination to come up with. I can imagine what youre saying... Cool Finisher. Inspires me for my next question. Hey Snake! thanks for Choosing durden as partner! haha! lol! Nice gimmick, pretty creative. You know what would even be more awesome, a comeback of Jake the Snake, teaming up or feuding with us..doesn't matter, it'd be great!

A: I love these questions jomar! You are defiantly getting a star! NAME: Gina (my real name) and I would love to have the nickname, The Legend Killer, just like Randy Orton though I would kill the Diva Legends! HEIGHT: 5'9 (my actual height)! WEIGHT: 130- 140 lbs! GIMMICK: I would be 110% bad @ss dominant heel! They have all the fun! I would be the kind of Diva who all the other divas would hate to wrestle an one that will never tap out! I wouldn't care whether I got booed or not, infact I would probably prefer that! LOL! But if I ever won a title, then I would like fans to cheer for me, just because I would put up one hell of a fight! ATTIRE: I would probably wear gear like Lita does, especially what she wore in Team Extreme (Lita, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy)! Theyre AWESOME! Or maybe some stuff that Trish wore! They're AWESOME too! SHOW: Like you, I'm fine with being on either show, but because I'm a girl, I would love to stay on RAW where the divas division is and most importantly....where the WWE Women's Championship is! THENME SONG: I would love to have "Burn in my Light" by Mercy Drive, but thats taken by Randy Orton, so I would probably have something like "Across the Nation" which was RAW's last theme song or even something like "Rollin' " by Limp Bizkit! Undertaker used this as his theme song a few years ago! Anything similar to those songs are great for a theme song! FINISHER: I would call my finisher... "REVOLUTION!" Like yours, mine too is a combination of two finishers! And I have to admit, it's an WAESOME finisher you made up and great name too! My fifsher would be a cmbination of the RKO (Randy Orton's) and F-5 (Brock Lesnar's)! I would first pick up my opponent on my shoulders, then I would spin my opponent off of my shoulders and as they my opponent spins around, I would jump in the air, while still holding onto their head, and then I would hit them with the RKO! It may be abit confusing the way I said it, but it's a really cool finisher! OTHER MOVES: Sweet Chin Music, Spear, Clothesline, Inverted Backbreaker, Canadian Destroyer, Dropkick, Sharpshooter, Swan Ton Bomb (I wouldn't be much of a high flyer like you, but Swan Ton Bomb is just waaaay too waesome to not have, lol!), Twist of Fate, Batista Bomb or Power Bomb ect. There are soooo many more I would love to mention, though these are probably my main ones I would use! CHOOSE YOU TAG TEAM PARTNER: I really can't just choose one because I have two favourite wrestlers! They are Randy Orton and Shawn Michaesl, so to partner up with either of them two would be the GREATEST! TAG TEAM NAME: Well this is a kind of hard one, but because I love Randy amd HBK, then I would make a name like......."The Legnd Heart Breakers!" Sort of a combination of The Heartbreak Kid and The Legend Killer! FAVOURITE TYPE OF MATCH: Anything extreme! -TLC -Last Man, or in my case last women, Standing -Elimination Chamber -Steel Cgae -Stretcher Match -Extreme Rules Match -Ladder Match -And defiantly....First Blood Match ect. Also the Royal Rumble would be AWESOME! WHAT TITLE I'LL GO FOR: Any title! Even though I'm a girl, I would love to be the first Diva in History to win all the WWE titles, including ECW! WHO I'LL FEUD WITH: It would be an honor for me to face Randy and HBK! I would learn so much from them two! I would also like to feud with The Undertaker! He's one of the best in the business and I would love to face him and win.............at WrestleMania! (I wish, lol!) As for the divas, I would love to face all of them to show the world what WWE Diva truly means, but out of all of them...........Defiantly Lita or Trish! They were and still are the greatest WWE Divas ever and to face them one on one or even in a Triple Threat Match would be a dream come true! THIS IS SUCH A GREAT QUESTION, PROBABLY THE BEST I'VE SEEN SO FAR! YOU DESERVE A STAR FOR SURE! P.S. YOUR FEUDS SOUND GREAT, ESPECIALLY THE ONE WITH MICK FOLEY! "The man who can (I think you meant can TAKE) so much pain vs. the man who can dish out so much pain" sounds like a GREAT storyline! GRET JOB!

Anarchy Club vs. Crooked X Megadeth vs. Iron Maiden Judas Priest vs. Accept Anthrax vs. Metallica Dust for Life vs. Andromeda Finger Eleven vs. Apocalyptica The Who vs. Arch Enemy Breaking Point vs. Drowning Pool I already know that they are oddly matched up. I did that for a reason.

Crooked X Iron Maiden (Megadeth's my 2nd favorite on this list) Metallica, despite selling out (Anthrax my 4th favorite on this list) Judas Priest (but i still like balls to the wal) dust for your life apocalyptica the who breaking point

Q: Guitar Hero World Tour Soundtrack?
Now, before I start typing about this, I'm going to clearly state that this is based on my opinion in music. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on these songs so therefore, do not post, i repeat, DO NOT post comments stating that I have bad taste and I'm ripping on "good bands", but regardless. If you do want to post stuff like that, please post it in the nicest way possible. Now, I will begin. Does anyone else think that Guitar Hero: world Tour has the worst soundtrack ever? When you compare it to past Guitar Hero game (not including Aerosmith or Encore 80's) or even it's main competition Rock Band 1 & 2, it has a really bad soundtrack. Now I realize that Activision has not yet released the names of every song that will appear on the game, but they have released 57 song names, most of which, IN MY OPINION, suck. When it comes to rock music, I hate emo music and today's "punk" music. This game has a lot of emo and "today's punk" music. There are some great songs and even some where I will play the songs, enjoy it, but will be embarrassed to play it. But in a game where they have a Flo-Rida remix (i hate rap music more than anything) and where Rock Band 2 has Battery by Metallica and GH4 has Trapped Under Ice. First off, it's "GUITAR HERO" not "RAP HERO". Guitar is for rock. And I love Trapped Under Ice, but it's doesn't compare to Battery. Here, I'll sate what songs I think are good and whatnot, you tell me if this soundtrack sucks or not. But listen to the songs they have b4 commenting. Good Songs: About A Girl-Nirvana American Woman-The Guess Who B.Y.O.B-System Of A Down Crazy Train-Ozzy Osbourne Go Your Own Way-Fleetwood Mac (i like FM, so what?) Hot For Teacher-Van Halen (this song will be FUN to play) Hotel California-The Eagles (i like this song) The Joker-Steve Miller Band (a good classic song) Light My Fire-The Doors (MORRISON, YES!!!!!!) Livin' On A Prayer-Bon Jovi (not a Bon Jovi fan, but I'll play it) Love Me Two Times-The Doors (MORE MORRISON, YES!!!!!!!!!) Mr. Crowley-Ozzy Osbourne (GREAT SONG) Purple Haze-Jimi Hendrix (YES!) Stillborn-Black Label Society (i love BLS) Trapped Under Ice-Metallica (it doesn't compare to RB2's Battery) Up Around The Bend-CCR (good song) The Wind Cries Mary-Jimi Hendrix (YES!!!!!!) Song I'll Like Playing But Won't Admit It (lol): Beat It-Michael Jackson (we all know why I won't admit it) Eye Of The Tiger-Survivor (this song can get old) Float On-Modest Mouse (good song, but my friends would kill me, lol) In The End-Linkin Park (I haven't heard this since the year 2000) One Way Or Another-Blondie (enough said) Rebel Yell-Billy Idol (not much of an Idol fan) Okay Songs: Bullet With Butterfly Wings-Smashing Pumpkins (if there has to be a SP song, I'm glad it's this one) Everlong-Foo Fighters (not much of a FF fan, but i like this song) Hail To The Freaks-Beatsteaks (i like them, but not so much this song) No Sleep Till Brooklyn-Beastie Boys (good, but RB2 gets So Whatcha' Want) Overkill-Motorhead (good, but, did Motorhead ever have another hit?) Shiver-Coldplay (Coldplay had better songs, but whatever) Weapon Of Choice-Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (ehh) Bad Songs: Aggro-The Enemy (they sound to emo to me, even though they aren't) Are You Gonna Go My Way-Lenny Kravitz (i don't like this song) Dammit-Blink 182 (i hate Blink 182, but like Travis Barker) Escuela de Calor-Radio Futura (Foreign language, really!?) Feel The Pain-Dinosaur Jr. (I hate this song!!!!) Good God-Anouk (annoying) Heartbreaker-Pat Benatar (i hate Pat Benatar!!!!!!) Hollywood Nights-Bob Seger (not much of a Bob Seger fan) L’Via L’Viaquez-The Mars Volta (again with foreign language!!!!!!!) Lazy Eye-Silversun Pickups (ehhhh) Low-Flo Rida (are you serious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Misery Business-Paramore (i hate Paramore) Monsoon-Tokio Hotel (really bad song) Never Too Late-The Answers (a little annoying) Nuvole E Lenzuola-Negramaro (GRRRRR, foreign language!!!!) Obstacle 1-Interpol (bad song) One Armed Scissor-At The Drive In (NOOOOOO!!!) Rooftops-Lostprophets (OMG!) Santeria-Sublime (i don't like Sublime) Some Might Say-Oasis (who likes these guys?) Spiderwebs-No Doubt (grrrrrr) Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast-Airbourne (i don't like Airbourne) Vinternoll2-Kent (no thank you) What I've Done-Linkin Park (no) You're Gonna Say Yeah-Hushpuppies (no) But that's just me, what do u think?

A: u are ripping very good bands

A: Good lawd, that's a lot of bands....... Zen Guerilla kind of takes a page from the MC5 book, playing some raw gritty blues-influenced rock 'n' roll. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KvwwBr2xmbE&feature=related The Dicks - Old school punk from Austin. Mudhoney covered this one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpLlKlNwRHg Mono - Post-rock from Japan. I saw them live a little more than a month ago and the sounds they created were mind-boggling. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUf0nZ9IkQs&feature=related John Fahey. This guy was amazing with the guitar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYDrkG2EGwg&feature=related Monorchid - Actually I just found this one looking for Circus Lupus but it seems pretty sweet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5jHlQ04hC8 Wow, Asylum Street Spankers. I went to school with Guy Forsythe's brother. I didn't think anyone knew them. Great call on The Jayhawks Darth.

Q: Need songs?
im getting bored with all the songs on my ipod. I mostly listen to rock (punk, metal, screamo, 80s, pretty much anything) but I do listen to random rap/club songs here and there. Some bands I like are bullet for my valentine, escape the fate, as i lay dying, silverstein, linkin park, motion city, scary kids, mindless self indulgence, story of the year, the matches, etc. Older stuff i listen to is the police, guns and roses, metallica, acdc, or even the beatles. And other stuff like girl talk, daft punk, aesop rock, and a few random rappers. i guess anything that is catchy would work lol any suggestions?
